Clinic President - must be from the Clinic; presides over meetings of Affiliate and Executive Committee; directs administration of affiliate business

Vice President - assists the Presidents; performs Union duties as assigned by Presidents; in the absence of Presidents, assumes any or all of Presidents' Union duties

Treasurer - monitors dues, collections and assessments; makes disbursements subject to counter-signature by Presidents; keeps records of receipts and disbursements; submits financial records for audit; chairs Finance Committee; prepares Annual Operating Statement

Rep Coordinator - attends all meetings of Affiliate / Executive Committee; coordinates activities of CAT members and other outreach

Parliamentarian - advises committees, members, executive committee on matters of parliamentary procedure (rules / regulations)

The New Appointed Officers are voted by the Executive Committee and will fill the remainder of the unexpired term [November 2023] except for Parliamentarian.

To be eligible for office, a UNAC/UHCP Member must be in good standing for one year, and must not be a retired member.
