Are you out of DHS ratios for any period of time?
Take Action!
1. Inform your Charge Nurse.
2. Inform your Manager.
3. If no Manager, inform your House Supervisor.
4. Fill out an Assignment Objection Form and Inform your Supervisor/Manager.
5. If No Resolution, call DHS once you are off the clock.
